At Agua Viva Eco-Life, we are committed to providing a seamless and eco-friendly shopping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy carefully before making your purchase.

  1. Order Processing and Pickup:

    • All orders placed through our website will be processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after orders have been placed, excluding weekends and holidays..

    • Once your order is ready for Pick-Up, you will receive a notification via email, phone call or WhatsApp.

    • Orders can only be collected in person from our physical store location by appointment or through our Pick-Up locations at their operating hours.

  2. Shipping Restrictions:

    • We currently do not ship our products outside the vicinity of Trinidad.

    • We do not offer direct shipping to customers, but exceptions can be made based on our discretion. All orders must be collected from our store or Pick-Up locations.

    • We do however, offer Pick-Up locations across Trinidad for your convenience at an additional TT$40.00.

  3. Collection Details:

    • Our Garden Centre:

      • Agua Viva, 70 Lopinot Settlement, Lopinot, Trinidad​

    • Pick-Up Locations:

      • Trincity - Party Inn, East Gates Mall, Trincity Central Road, Trincity

      • Tunapuna - Party Inn, Eastern Main Road, Tunapuna

      • Chaguanas - Orbit Bike Inn II Ltd, Edward Street, Chaguanas

      • Marabella - Bike Inn, Southern Main Road, Marabella

  4. Pick-Up Rates:

    • You can pay and collect at our Garden Centre at no additional charge.

    • Otherwise, you can utilise our Pick-Up locations in eastern (Trincity and Tunapuna), central (Chaguanas) and southern (Marabella) Trinidad for an additional TT$40.00. Once you place your order, we will call or message to confirm the arrangements.

    • You can view the Pick-Up costs for your order during the checkout process before making payment.

  5. Multiple Orders for Same Pick-Up:

    • We acknowledge that you may wish to make additions to your order from the time it is placed until it has been delivered. As long as you provide a minimum notice of 12 hours before the scheduled delivery to the designated Pick-Up location, you have the option to place multiple orders without incurring additional delivery fees; only one delivery fee will be charged.

  6. Payment Methods:

    • We accept cash or bank transfer payments upon collection only.

    • For bank transfers, please ensure that payment is made and receipt is shared to us via WhatsApp before collecting your order.

  7. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been delivered to the specified Pick-Up location, you will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message notifying you of such.

  8. Returns and Exchanges:

    • We strive to provide high-quality products and ensure they meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon collection.

    • If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately for assistance.

    • Items eligible for return must be in their original condition and unused.

    • Returns are accepted within twelve (12) hours from the collection of purchase due to the perishable nature of our plants.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

      • Live plants that have been planted or potted.

      • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

      • Clearance or sale items, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  3. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of receiving your order.

    • Provide your order number and reason for the return. Photographs may be requested for damaged or defective items.

    • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the item.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for returning the item where it was received.

  5. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within one (1) week or as negotiated.

  6. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

    • Provide photographs of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number and contact information.

    • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.
