WHAT ARE HERBS?

Herbs are aromatic, leafy and seed-producing plants. The flowers, leaves, seeds and non-woody aspects of herbs may be incorporated for either their aromatic, culinary or medicinal value. They add flavour to dishes, contain therapeutic compounds, and offer fragrances. Widely cultivated and appreciated, herbs have diverse cultural and practical applications in cooking, wellness, and traditional practices.

It is advised to review the toxicity of plants or its constituents and the quantities used before adding them to your diet.
